Trump will be pushing 78 in 4 years. If he's even alive and not in jail, it would be extremely stupid from him to make another run after he was just purged. And it would be extremely dumb for the Republican party to allow him to run.

Yes. Very stupid to nominate the man that massively increased the parties reach to previously impossible supporters.
 
I’m shocked that the DOJ and the FBI haven’t uncovered anything. They are still looking for the racist who put the noose on bubba Wallace’s garage door.

Theres no one in the Republican party with the balls or ability to try to stop him from running. What I believe he will do is "unofficially" announce he is running for president so when the law comes for him he will try to paint it as the same thing he tried to do to Biden. "They are prosecuting me to stop me from running. because they cant beat me" and "I was impeached for asking Ykraine to look into the crimes of the Biden crime family for which there is a mountain of evidence but these people get to prosecute me based on nothing and get away with it... it's a disgrace..."



I think his best course of action legally would be to try and get a Republican puppet elected as Governor in NY who would pardon him but that's probably a longshot.

Using the same sampling that was used for significantly inaccurate polls at the beginning and end of his presidency. It's clear at this point that all public polling is biased a few points leftward, whether it's for elections, approval ratings, or specific policy issues.

It's a self fulfilling prophecy because much of the far right extremists refuse to answer polls because they hate the polls and the media. This is a fairly recent phenomenon likely brought about by Trumps attacks. Could probably fix the formula by assuming a third or half of those that hang up or refuse to answer are Republicans but that could also lead to massively oversampling Republicans in a future election cycle. We probably need to see how polling goes after Trump to see whether it returns to normal or this is something that's here to stay. All that said polling should be taken with a grain of salt going forward.
 
More clarification on Barr’s statement shows why he said what he said.

Barr was the leader in saying universal mail in ballots would lead to fraud on a massive scale.

I mean pretty much every approval rating poll has him lagging far behind all of his predecessors first terms since Bush Sr. Even Republican leaning polls. And the popular vote pretty much proved it was true with him garnering only 47% of the vote.
