What's bull**** about the debt? People took it on knowing the strings attached. They have a menu of options to pay it back. If they're struggling with it, in most cases they can switch to a payback schedule tied to their income level.

Everyone's opinion on whether you should need an undergraduate or graduate degree to earn a lot of money or have a certain job is irrelevant to the discussion of whether or not debt holders have an obligation to pay back the money they borrowed...

I am pissed off that ADA took the closest parking spot at the grocery store FROM ME and tyrannically gave it to someone that probably doesn't pay taxes or uses food stamps once in the store

Yes nothing like retooling a system by giving it a massive bailout and do nothing to address the issue.

I'm still not sure why student debt over credit card or. Mortgage debt? I guess they gotta protect their indoctrination machines

That's all you have? Refute what I said...show me where people were conned into taking on these loans...address the fact that the majority of the debt holders are relatively well off people who are paying back these loans and aren't at risk for default.

Anyone on the pro-debt forgiveness want to inject something productive into this debate other than:

"I don't care about the debt holders" or "but the Koch's!" or "well the college system we have is dumb anyway and we shouldn't have it therefore cancel the debt"

You guys actually read what you write?
 
of course you understand --- in making your decision that you were against it you weighed both sides and came out on the side you did.

In order to do that you had to understand the point of cancelling debt./////

rather than being a MAGA led by the ear.
According to MAGA, all of their conclusions are well thought out and measured
so why try to tell people you "still not sure"

Is there a viable job training program in the high school you ( if in fact you did) graduated ?

Are there still functioning apprentice programs ?

Is federal minimum wage still $7.45/hr ?
