Biden got elected because he was the alternative.
Nothing else.
Trump and the media turned so many people away there wasn't any other choice.
I wouldn't expect to see much of him. I believe he is still older than Bill Clinton. I doubt he does the full slate of PR work.

I think this is probably unconstitutional if it came down to it. I think the SCOTUS' response to Congress would be that you can't legislate away the President's powers as commander in chief. However, you control the power to declare war and to back that up, you control the purse strings. If the President launches military action you don't like, pull all funds for it.
Good, unless it’s only Biden. I agree with Striker that it’s unconstitutional, but I would favor an Amendment reducing the President’s power to kill people.
Is the President hanging out at the White House honestly any worse than being at one of his golf resorts or hosting a rally? Don’t get me wrong, I never cared that Trump was golfing, but I don’t see how the Presidency being less of a spectacle is bad.
