He's swinging at less crap out of the zone for one. And is handling stuff in on him too. He's a monster.
 
There were no errors given that inning but that was horrible defense for the Cubs in that inning. All help is appreciated.

That's my impression as well. Again, I can't go over AB-by-AB from previous seasons, but he just seemed to get really impatient with two strikes in the past. Curious to know if he's spoiling more pitches as well.
