Black Lives Matter...

Chauvin verdict is in and will be announced at 4:30. Because today was only the second day of deliberations, expectations seem to be for a guilty verdict.

I didnt pay attention much to the trial but like I said from the beginning he wont be found guilty of murder. Secondary charges far more likely. Even if found guilty of murder he will win on appeal.

Half of the jury is either black or biracial so it will be interesting to see the spin if you're right.

Probably just ready to get home and watch the braves-Yankees series

Not a hard case. The jury just had to believe its eyes. Chauvin's body language and arrogance are there for all to see. It is stunning to think he had so much of a sense of impunity that he didn't mind all the videographers. He was going to show everyone he was the bossman. The same pride and arrogance that led him to kill will also lead to his being convicted.

Well if you say so.....

If you were on the jury, and you've seen how criminal behavior has been excused for the past year if it was in the name of this cause, and you've seen people being doxxed, would you vote not guilty if that's what you believed? I think and hope I would. I also understand if some wouldn't.

I would vote guilty because he is guilty.

I agree with you, but I’m not sure if I could. With all that pressure on you. Guess you can justify it by saying he has another chance on appeal

Interesting. Some folks have a different definition of "beyond a reasonable doubt" than others, I guess.
