Two small things in relief that stood out to me - Trey Riley with 5 K/0 BBs and one hit over 3 innings. He had a lot of intrigue a few years ago and was just bad. Would love if he figured something out. Also a good outing for Daysbel Hernandez in Gwinnett. If our search for RH relief help continues, I bet he’ll get a shot later this summer.

I think Daysbel and De La Cruz could be lockdown-type pen pieces if used exclusively in that role - much like Touki. The question continues to be "why keep trying to develop them as starters when you KNOW they could conceivably help the big club (where there's a glaring need) in short order?
