5/12 GDT: Jays @ Braves

Why can’t we convert failed starters into dominant bullpen arms?
technically, Newk may soon be that but they don’t want to give up on Wilson or Wright, who would likely be great bullpen arms. Touki was probably destined to convert before his injury

Mets have 2 starters with an ops over .800. Lindor ops is less than .600. deGrom is on IL. They lead the braves by 3.5 games

I'd bring up ender, but probably give Adrianza a shot in rf with Acuna in cf for the weekend

The only problem I have with that is then Camargo becomes option 2 off the bench which is just gross. That being said I’d probably do the same thing.

Injuries have contributed, but there's clearly something wrong when Tomlin is pitching in a high leverage situation.

Snit thinks Tomlin is a legit option in that situation. Down 1 with Martin back and Smith hasn't pitched since Saturday.

The braves will either overcome snit's DA decisions or more likely, it catches up with them this season

Snit needs to be questioned long and hard about his BP choices all year but specifically about last night.

Sandi walked in just as Puke was taking the mound and she sad the Braves will lose this game. Then Tomlin.

Why was Martin activated?? Why was Smith not used?? Both of those guys are better BP arms than either Puke or Tomlin.

The more I see of Snit this year, the more I question his leadership abilities. He's been bad in the past but not this bad.

Snit has always been this bad. He is an organizational relic that lucked up into a good team. Players love to play for him because they run the show. I still can’t watch any of his interviews or comments because of the amount of ‘goods’ he says. I swear if you made it a drinking game you would be dead.
