Saw some clips of MLBTV talking about experiments in the minors to increase SBs. They seem to be working. Langeliers may be more valuable if the running game actually comes back to MLB b/c of rule changes.

If the power is real for SL...that will be big. I think I'm higher on him than most, but I don't see him as a super high avg or even OBP. I think he could be 250-270/333-350/400-450. That would be really good starting catcher. I don't see current level realmuto as a hitter, but I think he can be a good hitter due to some power. Almost 3 years post hamate break I think.
 
I think Langeliers is going to be really good personally... he's shown very good plate discipline with a ~15% walk rate and only a 24.5% K rate (I will take that all day in AA)... the power is also coming along with a .325 ISO, beasting a 178 wRC+/.441 wOBA, and he's doing it with only a .298 BABIP.
