I did mock it in real-time, and I would stand by the fact that Adams could have had a bit more tact even if he wound up being correct. The amazing thing is that this was clearly mismanaged and there were errors made, and they were caught before the final results of the election were even released. I'm glad that- even in the face of mismanagement- our elections systems work and the results are accurate at the end of the day.

If anything, the fact that this was so quickly exposed and easily fixed should reinforce how impossible it would be to manufacture hundreds of thousands of votes nationwide without a single court system identifying fraud across hundreds of cases.

I don't believe that they only looked into it because he made a public statement, but in hindsight even if that is the case it seems fine to me. He raised a question, the question was answered, and all is well. The issue is when people raise questions, those questions are answered, the courts agree with those answers, and then they continue to raise new questions that ignore the previous answers.

Another false narrative pushed. Cases were ruled on for standing far more often than on merit and in those cases where merit was discussed the trump team faired well.

We don't need to rehash this for the thousandth time. But here is a fun list of all of the court cases that I enjoyed reading through. Yes, many were thrown out before a hearing due to a lack of evidence or any coherent argument. The majority were actually withdrawn by the Trump team at some point in the process- presumably due to the same issues around lack of evidence- which I hadn't realized. I would love to see the list of cases "tried on merit" in which he "fared well"- doesn't seem to exist.

If I can sum up the lawsuits in one sentence it would be "we cant prove anything but please let us go to discovery anyways so we might find something". Googliani literally just talked about vote fraud accusations going back to the 60's as a reason they should be allowed discovery.

I also want to point out that you know who does have standing? Prosecutors. If any fraud was actually provable Trump could have pressured a local DA or federal prosecutor to being criminal charges. Problem is the evidence in a criminal trial requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt and civil trials the standard is much lower.

What they really need is a full forensic audit. It’s not enough to get the correct outcome. You need to understand what went wrong. How it went wrong. Who was involved in the timeline where it went wrong. Who was supposed to be involved in that time. What the published policies were in those situations. Why were those procedures not followed.
These questions are incredibly important to understand to ensure our elections are free and fair moving forward.
How many other elections had “test ballots” included in the actual results?
