Arcia has a total of 3 games, 18 innings and 5 fielding ops at 3rd. LF is much easier position to play.If Arcia is gonna play everyday it really should be at 3B
Austin has turned back into a pumpkin. Looks like he may be that 250-270/300-333/450-500 hitter I thought. Not a bad player but not great for 3B.
Did anyone think he was more than that? Didn’t we detail how he was getting quite a bit of luck during his hot streak, and that luck wasn’t likely to continue?
The top end of that range you posted is a pretty damn good player, and I’m ecstatic Riley has made the progress necessary to become that player.
I think so. Top end would be a good player agree. I think bottom end is much more likely. Especially if his defense is better.
I recall a lot of extension, etc talks when he was on his hot streak.
Again, it seems like another example of people finding their true talent levels of large samples. We can argue about people's true talent level. People do get better and worse.
But to me it looks like 3B is still an upgrade opportunity to ATL. I think Riley has answered the question that he is a major league player and probably a serviceable starter if you are paying him less than 7 figures. But not an impact guy.
Please get a hitter to put dansby 8th
This pitcher seems to be getting almost perfect backspin on his FA, which might be why nobody can handle it despite only being 93-94.
Am I missing a hot hitting Dansby as the reason he's batting 5th. I'm not even trippin...I'm serious. This pitcher seems to be getting almost perfect backspin on his FA, which might be why nobody can handle it despite only being 93-94.
When will TDA be back? I miss him
