Michigan Militia Plotted To Kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, FBI Says

For the men still facing trial, the central argument used by defense lawyers in court papers thus far has been entrapment, accusing the main F.B.I. informant who penetrated the group as well as various other informants or undercover agents of pushing the plot along.

Lawyers for three defendants who first appeared in state court in Jackson County last March made similar arguments. The trial of five others in Antrim County has yet to begin.

Based on his participation so far, it appears the government will rely heavily on what Mr. Garbin said to try to dispel any entrapment arguments made by the defense lawyers for the others facing trial. “He confirmed that the plot was real; not just ‘big talk between crackpots,’ as suggested by co-defendants,” government prosecutors said in court documents. They also said that he “dispelled any suggestion that the conspirators were entrapped by government informants.”

Lets talk about how this went.

Prosecutors: If you don't say that this was strictly a homegrown plot without any influence from the FBI we are going to throw you in jail for 25 years with no possiblity of early parole. In addition, we will tarnish your families name so that your parents/sibliings/etc... can't get work. As a final part we will make sure that you are in court for so long that you bankrupt yourself and your family.

Mr. Gabin: Where do I sign?

If there was entrapment I support the rights of the other defendants to bring that to light when they go on trial.

But thank you for that fictional account of a fictional conversation.

It was once fictional to say the FBI had any hand to play in this.

Lots of things that were once fictional end up being the truth.

Such as Stephen Paddock being an Islamic terrorist?

Do we know what the truth is in that situation yet? This goes again with your common practice of mocking any theory despite the truth not being known at the time.

Unfortunately, it looks like the FBI setup of others during the past 20 years strengthened Americas fear of terrorism. Thankfully we have real journalists like Darren Beattie that caught these plots almost in real time so they weren't as effective as the FBI wanted them to be.

Last time I mentioned Paddock you expressed regret about your reaction and said it was because you were going through a dark time in your life. Looks like you are going back to smearing Muslims for an atrocity committed by a non-Muslim. Old habits, they do die hard.

How are you inferring that from what I said?

I will ask again - Do we know what happened in that situation?

sure anything is possible in any situation

if the truth is unknowable then the truth is never known

Well then that is your answer.

You only want to believe 'Approved' sources which are just the mouthpieces of the global aristocracy.

The difference between a conspiracy theory and the truth is just a few months. In this example the fact that we don't know what happened should cause even MORE red flags.

FBI is desperate for this story to go away. That’s why they made that statement about J6.

https://justthenews.com/government/...napping-case-says-he-was-repeatedly-pressured

The lead defendant in the alleged plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer "repeatedly" expressed that he did not want to participate in the conspiracy despite "persistent" pressure and "manipulation" by FBI informants, according to a court filing.

_____

LOL - Lecturer legitimately might be one of the most gullible idiots out there.

What a fool.

This was the precursor to J6.

Personally, I think it's GREAT for him politically. We need more LIBERATE tweets!! He never disappoints!

This is interesting.

The FBI probably looked at this and felt they could swindle idiots like you into thinking Trump encouraged this.
