The Coronavirus, not the beer

While the lecturing buffoon was constantly praising the gold standards of tyrants Cuomo and Whitmer, Trump had enough sense to say that lockdowns were not the answer and schools should be open.

Trump is an idiot but he got a hell of a lot more right on covid than Fauci

From 3/29/2020

US President Donald Trump has said he is considering imposing a quarantine on New York state in a bid to slow the spread of the deadly coronavirus.

"We'd like to see [it] quarantined because it's a hotspot," he told reporters. "I'm thinking about that."

He spoke as confirmed cases in the state increased to more than 52,000, about half of the total in the US.

But New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said the idea was "preposterous", "anti-American" and a "declaration of war".

Mr Cuomo said the state had already implemented "quarantine" measures, such as banning major gatherings and ordering people to remain at home, but that he would oppose any "lockdown" efforts.

"If you said we were geographically restricted from leaving, that would be a lockdown," Mr Cuomo told CNN on Saturday.

I'm happy to report Trump did not act on the horrible idea, and gold standard Cuomo did after calling it a horrible idea

I'm not surprised the lecturing idiot with the worst judgement I've ever seen was in lock step with gold standard Cuomo

Well I remember his remarks triggering a stampede by New Yorkers to the airport to get out of Dodge. So whether it was a bad idea or not, just speculating on it triggered behavior that further spread the virus.

Trump said a lot of stupid things but luckily his actual actions were much less intrusive.

The people you slobbered, on the other hand...

He just said stupid stuff that encouraged people to do stupid things.

Although I must say he demonstrated exceptional bravery a few weeks ago when he encouraged people at his rally in Alabama to get vaccinated. Some of them didn't seem too happy about it. Hope neither he nor they were too traumatized by that exchange.

healthcare is a human right

you might cancel that right out by not listening to them over and over in favor of your local youtuber that you take medical advice from instead though

When someone who dies of covid has heart diseases and is obese, both are considered contributing factors. There are lots of studies that look at people with multiple contributing factors. Obviously it you have four or five contributing factors, your chances are worse than if you have only one or two. But the idea that most people who have died of covid are obese is not correct. Obesity is a major contributing factor, but less than half of the people who have died of covid in this country are obese. Interestingly, one reason for this is there is less obesity among the elderly. Also the elderly tend to do better if they are overweight (or even obese) than if they are malnourished and emaciated. This is true of many diseases for the elderly. It is better to be overweight than underweight once you cross 70 (in terms of life expectancy). That reservoir of fat gives old people a certain resiliency when they get sick.

Among the elderly, obesity ranks third in terms of how much it increases a person's risk of dying once they contract covid. Malnutrition is #1.

Anxiety and fear-related disorders strongly increase the risk of death. Depressive disorders decrease it.

I am not a psychologist but I believe both you and sturg suffer from anxiety and fear-related disorders (not necessarily the same ones), which puts you both in the high risk category, no matter how young and otherwise healthy you may be.

A little bit on anxiety and paranoia from the Calm Clinic.

Yea we all know age is gmthe primary factory.

We aren’t talking about old people because they are the high risk category.

When youre under 50 the only reason you are dying from covid is if you’re fat. The figures from hospitalizations a few months ago told the whole story.

You’re just trying to figure out a way to blame this on healthy unvaccinated people because you’re an idiot and have proven it time and time again by getting almost everything wrong.

But please continue to try and pretend that obesity isn’t the number one driver of death. Take your “out” by the fact someone is said to ha e died of a heart attack because they lived an unhealthy fat life.

You get more and more pathetic and I think the return to normalcy comment put you over the edge.

Fool.

As reported by the CDCTrusted Source, in 2018 the states with the highest heart disease date rates are:

Oklahoma
Alabama
Mississippi
Arkansas
Louisiana
Tennessee
Kentucky
West Virginia
Michigan

Can you guess which states have the highest obesity rates?

You can’t be any more wrong than the lecturer has been the past few years. Just a brilliant exhibition in getting everything wrong and making yourself look like a fool in the process.

But I’m sure all the hundreds of thousands of people dying of heart disease led healthy lives.

Clown.

So what do you do with fat people?

You're on record as supporting denying care to unvaccinated. You clearly don't believe it is a human right

Looking at the hospitalization data:

37% of those under 40 are obese

42% of those 40-64 are obese

Obesity is an important risk factor, but even when you throw out seniors there are many people who get hospitalized, end up in the ICU, or die who are NOT obese.

The outcomes do get worse if you are obese. No one disputes that. But it is a myth that "the only reason you are dying from covid is if you are fat." An ideologically convenient myth.

Btw you should be careful considering that for people in your age group (I assume you are in your 30s) having an anxiety or fear-related disorder increases your chances of being admitted to the ICU upon contracting covid (by 28%) almost as much as being obese (by 30%).

Please share the hospitalization data you are quoting.

You should consult your friend SAV to see if I have any of those in the real world.

What you view as anxiety or fear-realted disorders are in reality just ringing the alarm on our country being destroyed.

Proof is in the pudding.

I see we ignored this post.

To be expected....

Seems to mee Rand has him on perjury

Oh yeah - And when we take power in 2022 Fauchi will serve his time for his crimes against humanity.

If I were supreme ruler it would be a public execution. Nobody has done more damage in the last 50 years to the world than Fauchi (outside of the CCP).

Sweden is still doing quite well.
Isreal not so much.

What is the lesson there?

These idiots tried to pretend that immunity from vaccination is better than natural for COVID when that isn't the case for any respiratory illness in history.

You can't make up how dumb these people are and its all because its a MAGA adjacent issue to them.
