holy foocking shat, vaccine mandates are causing teachers who don't

believe in science to quit, nurses who don't believe in medicine to quit,

and cops who don't believe in public safety to quit.

I'm failing to see the downside to this

As of sept 16th, here are the states where blacks were vaccinated at the same rate or higher than whites: Mississippi, Oregon, Maine, and Utah. Here are the states where Hispanics were vaccinated at the same rate or higher than whites: Philadelphia (no idea why they used some cities), Maine, DC, Missouri, NYC, and Nevada

Have things changed this much in a month?

How is that a benefit? You’re only substituting one worker for another who was already in the job, not a net increase. Then there’s the transaction costs associated with filling the now vacant job, plus the costs of the disruption to the business and its customers.

it is a redistribution to virtuous altruistic and public-spirited folks from those who are lacking in those qualities

Do you genuinely believe that firing hundreds/thousands of people... causing enormous disruptions in travel, healthcare, and supply chain, and utilizing the military to backfill them

is a net positive?

i've tried to explain

i think you and your fellow travelers are very lucky to live in a wonderful country where you are free to make these kinds of choices to take your lives in a new direction

and i wish all of you nothing but the best in this journey
