Honestly, I’m uncomfortable that Leo is drawn slightly taller than the woman of color, subtly establishing Leo as more powerful in the relationship. This micro aggression reinforces the cisgender, male patriarchy that continues to define our workplaces and our society at large.

By the way, it’s outrageous that Leo is given a name, but the woman of color is not. When will her story be told? When will she get to speak her truth?
