I like Davidson but he has very little experience and with his injury didn’t even pitch much in the minors this year. Talk about trial by fire
It is another interesting choice for sure.
Why are we so obsessed with starting a LHP with no experience, especially when the Astros are better against LHP?
Just bat around in the 1st so it doesn't matte who pitches
Just trust AA
I would love nothing more than a 15-0 laugher. No drama. 4 hour coronation.

He's certainly earned it. I will say though the lee start coulda ended the game before even hit last night
Not a fan of starting guys like Lee and Davidson in the World Series, even if it is a BP game. Tucker isn’t as bad as the Lee decision though since at least he’s started games at the MLB level.
I believe this is the biggest hole with the analytics movement. I’m a huge fan of using guys where they will be successful, but not introducing them to those roles for first time on the biggest stage on the planet.

I guess the old adage that you can never have too much starting pitching is true. In the Spring it seemed like we had so many options. I never thought weÂ’d be ahead in the World Series looking for Dylan Lee and Tucker Davidson to step up. Yeah I know theyÂ’re bullpen games but stillÂ…
Playoffs baseball is different than regular season baseball. Relievers can pitch in 90% of the games because of all of the off days and you only need 3 maybe 4 starters. This is why wildcard teams that barely make it in end up winning the WS. Should be no off days in series imo.
Big disagree there, needs to be at least 1 day off for rest and travel.
Same. We probably win the NLCS (and likely the whole damn thing) had there been normal off days last year.
