At a glance the judge reminds me of someone else from history

just like at a glance Biden reminds me of Bob Dole
dont see where either statement takes as much depth as been given
or even the least bit insightfull or controversial

People have a notion of judges and trials in general that just isn't correct. You'd be amazed at the stuff that gets fought over. Also, judges and technology don't have a great history. Judges tend to be old and so tend to be a bit behind on tech.

As for this issue, I'm not even sure this issue would get appealed. The judge may very well be wrong in his ruling that it was on the prosection to show additional pixels weren't added or he may not. Ultimately it won't matter.

The prosecutor had a reasonable alternative that was used so any error by the judge was ultimately harmless (harmless in a legal sense at least).

So, the case is that he went hunting for pedos I guess? If he had the horrific crime of an adult touching or doing things to him. It makes sense to hunt those types down.
