LOL, nice.
What actually made me say Biden reminds me of Carter is how both responded to economic adversity. There's a good argument that neither Carter nor Biden are fully responsible for their economic problems. You can certainly list geopolitical issues that played a part. But the responses have been pretty similar. If Biden read the Crisis of Confidence speech verbatim, I don't think it would be out of place in what he's been saying.

actually Carter was an outsider that refused any input from veteran Washington people.
Biden was actually one of those he chose not to listen to.
Carter was crippled by Iranian Hostage Crisis. Which history tells us, he had a solution but was outbid by
Reagans incoming VP, Poppy Bush. A meeting in Madrid or Lisbon . I forget ---- if his solution came after the election or not, but if you are curious, you can look it up
The economy if memory serves was not even close to the top of the list
