Without knowing the data I suspect blue states test a lot of healthy people a lot more frequently bc they are so obsessed with it.
That would drive positive rate down
The week of 11/07 (the most recent all of this data has been available), Vermont saw 2,582 confirmed Covid cases. Of those, 902 were fully vaccinated (the highest of any week) and 1,680 were not fully vaccinated (no data on partially vaccinated).
452,450 people are vaccinated in Vermont and 171,539 are not fully vaccinated.
So fully vaccinated people in Vermont contracted Covid the week of 11/07 at a rate of 199 per 100,000. Unvaccinated people in Vermont contracted Covid at a rate of 979 per 100,000.
In other words, unvaccinated/partially vaccinated people are about 4.9 times as likely to contract Covid in Vermont as vaccinated people. Virtually the same stat we're seeing everywhere else.

When I was tested for covid (and had it in august), I, nor my wife was asked if we had vaccine. Do they ask this or is it just in a data base?

Read that article. It might be the worst thing I've read in years. It's bad.
This isn't based on any kind of research into medical cases or anything like that. The entire article is based on a poll.
Then there's the definition of "severe reaction" is that they experienced complications that prevented daily activity. First, that's a very vague description that different people will interpret differently.
Second, if you feel bad for a day after getting the shot and take a day off work, you might easily say it prevented daily activities.
It's not that reactions are underreported, it's that this guy's definition of a severe reaction is way different than the medical definition. According to this guy's definition you'd probably see a similar percentage report "severe reactions" to the flu shot.
The fact that you're trumpeting this is pretty good evidence there's no real support for your position.
I don't care what Faucci says. I'm perfectly capable of making decisions myself. Ive known healthy people who died of Covid. I've not known anyone that has had a reaction to the vaccine that's more than feeling lousy for a day.
I mean there are plenty of stories of healthy people dying shortly after vaccination in addition to debilitating nerve damange as well as strokes. Its happening striker. Not sure why you are denying.
