Official 2022 Offseason Moves Thread

4-56 for Gray, thats crazy cheap. He's gonna look so much better away from Coors.

If Scherzer sign with Dodgers or Mets for $40 millions is great because both teams have a few things missing and I think they will not have enough money.

Mets bullpen suck and they still need to add more pitchers.

I doubt Dodgers have enough money to keep most of his players.

Cohen seems to be on a spending spree and doesnt give a damn about the luxury tax. Not sure how deep the Dodgers will go into the tax, it sounds like they're favorites for Seager, we'll see on Scherzer and Kershaw. Jansen is probably gone, and i'd guess Taylor is too.

It would, they both have injury issues though.

Yep and with Scherzer slowing in the NLCS against us like he did and not pitch his turn would raise questions to me. You have to pay people for what you think they will be not what they were.

Dodgers beat writer, yeah Scherzer's gonna be a Met- The Dodgers are one of four or five teams in the mix for Max Scherzer, but they're not the favorites at the moment, per sources. Sounds he'll definitely get a three-year deal -- and maybe four years.

I'd be interested where Dodgers turn if they dont get Scherzer though. I guess turn up the heat on Kershaw, and who knows.

If Mets give him 3 years they are screw!! 😂

Growing indications that Scherzer is headed to Mets, sources tell @TheAthletic. NYM “making progress,” per @JoelSherman1.
