The Trump Presidency

Why 4, I wonder?

And I'll go ahead and prepare for the "Trump and Mitch would have done it had they had the chance! (despite not doing it when they had the chance)

What's the number of people who have been convicted breaking the law for Trump at now? Well into the hundreds.

Democrats had the same chance when Obama was President and didnt do it. No chance this gets through Congress as it is now. Looking forward to you defending Trump doing it in 4 years after Democrats dont. Calling you out years in advance.

Did you happen to read sturgs comment about trump not doing this when he had a chance?

Trump didn't need to when he was president. He came along when some justices died and he had control of the Senate. This is always plan A. plan B is only necessary when you can't load up the court via plan A.

Trump didn't have "control" of the Supreme Court til the last months of his presidency

They could have added justices at any time to make a super majority but they did not.

The min the dems lost. "control" for the first time in decades, they want to change the entire structure.

Wake up

The worst are people who pretend to be the middle or moderate but really are just as radical deep down. To actually think trump or any Republican wold suggest this is pure madness.

Wasn't possum boy the 5th Repub nominated justice?

Here is the current scotus and the party of the president who nominated them

Repubs
John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice of the United States,
Clarence Thomas, Associate Justice,
Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Associate Justice,
Neil M. Gorsuch, Associate Justice,
Brett M. Kavanaugh, Associate Justice,

Dems
Stephen G. Breyer, Associate Justice,
Sonia Sotomayor, Associate Justice,
Elena Kagan, Associate Justice,
RGB who passed away--I'm not counting ACB since as sturg said her appointment/confirmation was towards the of Trumps term.

Isn't that a 5-4 Repub advantage since October of 2018???

Was that aimed at me? Am I among the worst of people? So be it then, but to suggest that there was anything Trump wouldn't do says it all IMO. As I said before plan B always makes you look bad to moderates and even to some in your own party. That's why it has never actually been used, only threatened.
