From where I sit Sen Scott as one of one hundred had every opportunity to get involved in negotiations and give a little and take a little.

Or he could have lambasted what others thought necessary, never in good faith negotiated and compromised then take credit
for something he opposed.

The funniest part is that Sinema isn't really a centrist. She just has more fiscal sanity than about 90 other senators, and she doesn't want to get rid of the filibuster. Other than that she still votes like your average Dem.
