The tech company had a contract to monitor the DNS data from 2014 to January 2017. So if anyone was spied on it was Obama. But they had lawful access to the data that might have overlapped the Trump presidency by a week if at all. Durham has not accused anyone of spying. The whole basis of Durhams claim against Sussman is that if he said he was working for the Clinton campaign that the investigation into Russia collusion wouldn't have been started. In my untrained legal opinion that won't hold up in court. I won't be surprised if the judge Grant's the defenses motion to dismiss because it's very dispurlyable that the alleged lie had any material value. But I dont expect you to respect the courts decision when your side loses. Like you always do.
