Michigan Militia Plotted To Kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, FBI Says

I assumed a new post in this thread was going to be one of the plotters being found innocent. Oh well. Should happen any day now.....
 
Seems like someone who is convinced cops do that all the time would certainly hold that view now?

Or is that too much logic to apply here ?
 
I didn’t fathom he affected peoples minds that badly. It really hasn’t sunk in how much he danced in peoples domes and kicked out all rational thought

In fairness, there’s certainly room to both hold the opinion that cops are awful and also that anybody who participated in the plan is wrong.

Yeah, but if the FBI entrapped Madonna in a plot to blow up the White House and she contributed to planning the attack, I’d find Madonna to morally be in the wrong.

This is basically Minority Report.

No plot was ever implemented so at this juncture it was just words and incitement by the FBI.
 
Wow some of you are really deranged. I am not even following the case. All I know is because its posted about here. Mostly thethe who is the worlds most unreliable narrator. Why do you need to get mad at me? You seem pretty confident the FBI set them up sp surely that will come up in the trial. Entrapment is a valid defense. I dont really have any investment in this case but based on thethe's losing streak I will guess they are convicted.



One question I have, how did the FBI know to target these individuals. Did they just walk around asking people "who wants to kidnap the governor with us?"

There are sick losers all over the place that talk about this stuff. FBI knows this and uses them in their operations.

Yeah I know what you mean. I remember this one time I said something about how I wanted to kill Jeff Sessions and I got an email a couple hours later asking me to lead a SWAT team to his house to kill him. I thought it was just a coincidence but it was probably that sneaky FBI trying to entrap me.
