Don't let him kid you. Most of those labs are not testing the pathogens that were in these Ukrainian labs or what was happening in Wuhan.
These labs are put in these regions to skirt US compliance laws.

Literally none of this would have happened if the West had not used Ukraine as a proxy to battle with Putin.
They knew how he would react with their continued advancement into NEUTRAL territory.
You can't scream endlessly how Putin is a tyrant (He is) and then be absolutely shocked when he invades the Ukraine after a decade+ of influence operations from the west to get them into NATO.
