GDT 4/26/22 Cubs@Braves We start winning now

Definitely true for anything of value. Someone like Pham- one year deal and a terrible start- isn't necessary going to cost a crazy amount.

But I'm fine hoping Demeritte can keep up a hot streak. I do worry about the viability of Duvall as an every day player with the current baseball.

It's early but all metrics show he has the range to actually play center. Offensively he's been a bit unlucky but still not good. I do think he turns that around.

On a side note, Swanson has been amazing in the field so far. Leads all MLB in 4 OAA.

Senzel would be the only one.

Sorry, but it's time to let the Senzel "potential" love die.

Yes he's had injuries, but he just hasn't produced when he's been on the field - at whatever position. He'll be 27 in June, and he's got a career wRC+ of 79. Pache's wRC+ this season in Oakland is 72.

The Reds aren't going to give him away for non-prospects, and Harris isn't far enough away to give up anything of value for Senzel.

Yeah it wouldn’t be for a high asking price but if it’s reasonable it would be worth a shot. Harris is having a really good year so far and hopefully in a month he gets promoted to Gwinnett.

I think he's ok in CF. With his offensive profile CF really needs to be where he is to be valuable.

Really he's a guy who should be a fourth OF who plays in LF when a lefty starts. He's 33. He is a useful player but I don't think he should be a starter on most teams. Not with the way he hits RH.

Harris is really interesting. AA had a quote in spring about seeing if Harris forced himself in the conversation. I think they are counting on him to be a starter next year, if not this year. That is a little surprising given his age, his lack of experience in AA and his lack of power/loft in his swing. I'm excited about him. It seems rushed to count on a 21 y/o with 4 weeks experience in AA, that is scary.
