No no no. Please tell me people don’t think this is real. Ozzie always does this. He fusses at Swanson if he catches a ball on the other side of second. They were joking.
 
Think this is elder's last shot or will he be given more starts no matter what? If we like him, I hope we do give him 5-6 more starts. I think the yo-yo deal we've done in the past hasn't really worked for any of them. Wright got right by spending a full season in AAA
 
The thing with Ozuna and Albies makes me wonder if there is a bit of discord between Ozuna and the team. He was essentially a healthy scratch for the entire second half last year. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some animosity there. I'm happy Ozuna has been performing, but he might need to be traded if he starts blowing up the clubhouse.

I’m sure AA checked around on him this offseason to see if teams would bite on him and they didn’t. Now that he’s back and performing his contract isn’t bad and could probably be moved at some point.

Elder doesn’t need more shots. He isn’t very good.

That being said, it’s not like the Braves have legit SP options being blocked. Elder May as well take the ball until another underwhelming option like Shuster elbows his way in.

Maybe replace him with touki and just let him take the ball every 5th day for 10 starts. See if he can do it
