Once upon a time even very right wing folks around here understood what a con man and fraud very poorly chosen one is.

Now they hold him up as some sort of grand geopolitical wizard who outfoxed and put the fear of God in Putin.

The amusement quotient around here has never been higher.

Soooooo Putin made a move every 8 years. That your boy had 1 term, despite getting millions less votes than the ever popular Hillary Clinton, does not mean Putin wouldnt have done anything. But yeah, Trump was so anti-war that people like Putin were scared of him. You can't give Trump credit for not stating any news wars but then pretend everyone was scared he would attack them. 1 or the other. Cant have both.

So you agree that the coronavirus was only a major global issue because of Trumps misplaced faith in Xi Jiping to not let it get out of China. Let's check the results on the field. Every President before Trump - 0 times did hundreds of thousands of Americans die from a pandemic in the previous 100 years. 4 years if Trump and we have the worst pandemic since 1917. Just reporting the results on the field.
 
At least Joe didn't have to order his wife through a Russian mail order bride service. Even those of you who like Trump cant deny he is literally paying his wife to have anything to do with him.

Well, I understand that I'm talking to a kindergardner, but I don't think the President has much control over a virus vs a President having a functional foreign policy

I don't think Trump did well at all on covid... Unlike the seals I am able to think about each issue independently
 
Just reporting the results on the field sir. I don't recall any slack given to Obama when, what was it, 2 people died from a virus. If memory serves me right Trump demanded Obama resign because of it.

Trump spent more on defense than anyone, by a lot.

matter a fact, the amount Biden has spent on Ukraine is still not anywhere close to what Trump spent on defense.

so why do you keep saying there wasn’t money going around and that Trump somehow stood up to the military industrial complex and that they pushed him out?

he drone bombed more in one term than Obama did in 2 terms. Almost doubled it actually.

The only thing I've ever said is 1. Trump was the first president in my lifetime to not start a new war... 2. Trump was the first President ever that Putin did not act aggressively while in office... 3. Trump was the best foreign policy president of my lifetime, with meaningful peace talks in the Middle East, Korea, and the rest of the world putting up more of their fair share

None of those say "trump was great at anything"... he of course spent too much money and of course focused too much on defense spending. none of that is undoes the 3 points listed above

I am sure you will be just as happy with Biden if he loses in 2024 and hasn't started any wars. And before you say it, we are not at war with anyone right now. Ukraine is at war, wars still existed while Trump was Presisent too. We aren't actively fighting any wars.

Wuhan virus is a ferein policy issue. Was developed and unleashed by a hostile ferein power. Just ask thethe.

The only thing that landed in very poorly chosen one's inbox was Chiner attacking the world with the Wuhan virus. His response? To praise Xi for doing a very good job.
 
Trumps so successful he started no new wars. Instead his failures just resulted in hundreds of thousands of civilians dying instead. Soooooo much better.
