Always a one way street with y’all
Lol
“If you don’t do exactly what we want, it’s you who isn’t joining forces!”
Like all the lying ass maga reublicans who voted against funding for things in their district. And then went back to their districts to try to get praised for getting that funding.
... The irony and lack of self reflection is astounding... But typical of the seals
Fun buzz words there pal
Typical
We can go over the decades on the amount of democrats who crossed the aisle to vote for things as opposed to the other way
I’d be willing to bet it goes one way more than the other
Hell, democrats take Republican ideas and all of a sudden republicans hate that idea lol
Listen seal, I am not sure how to get this through your software...
But the Dems have controlled the court for my entire lifetime. A couple years ago that changed and it's all hell that breaks lose. The court must now be expanded. The fillinuster.must now.be killed. The president just called 72M people the most extreme political org in history
Every time you idiots don't get your way, the reaction is mass protests and tantrums and calls that fascists are ending democracy.
It would be hilarious if it wasnt so many of you. Children who yell about BLM, then masks, then vaccines, then Ukraine, now roe. Don't forget to demand your student debt be cancelled.
Petulant little children who are simply controlled by the latest thing. You are one of them, as you know. A very easily predictive, easily controlled, child who doesn't have a single original thought

Assuming Roberts stay with the conservative majority:
Roberts (Bush 43)
Alito (Bush 43)
Thomas (Bush 41)
Gorsuch (Trump)
Kavanaugh (Trump)
Barrett (Trump)
Sotomayor (Obama)
Kagan (Obama)
Jackson (Biden)
Even before McConnell stole Gorsuch's seat from Obama, that conservatives still had a majority.
So I have no idea where sturg gets this "the dems have controlled the court my entire lifetime" non-sense.
right-wing twitter must have not clarified. maybe because Justice O'Connor was a woman they assume a Dem nominated her decades ago for wokeness.
What are you even talking about?
The Dems have never had control.
Obergefell v. Hodges
Dissent:
Scalia (Reagan)
Thomas (Bush 41)
Alito (Bush 43)
Roberts (Bush 43)
Majority:
Kennedy (Reagan)
Sotomayor (Obama)
Kagan (Obama)
RBG (Clinton)
Breyer (Clinton)
You are roughly the same age as me. And we've never had a Supreme Court in our lifetime where more Dem nominated judges were in power in the majority.
Before Clinton nominated RBG in 1993, the last Dem to nominate a SCOTUS judge was LBJ in 1967.
That's 36 years in between. And in that time, Ford, Reagan, Bush, Nixon, nominated 10 judges to SCOTUS.
Scalia died and Obama had 11 months before the election to get Garland in and was denied.
RBG died and ACB was rammed in within a month and a week.
