TLHLIM

there is overwhelming evidence he and others engaged in a criminal conspiracy to subvert the certification of the election...but that's my opinion...if a prosecutor, judge or jury were to decide otherwise, I'd accept they had a better understanding of the facts and the law...also i'm capable of understanding the distinction between preponderance of evidence and the beyond a reasonable doubt standard required to convict someone of a crime...but not everyone is capable of this...it's ok

Let's see. Sussman was on trial for lying to the FBI and Durham produced a text message that showed he was lying. I guess not everyone is capable of seeing this...it's ok.

There is a word that needs to be part of this discussion. Materiality. Look it up. Anyhow, every single juror decided Durham did not have a case. The judge foreshadowed this with some of his comments even before the case went to trial. He expressed doubts as to whether there was a case at all. So maybe it's me and the jurors and the judge who are blind here. Or maybe not.

It is strange you weren't this satisfied after the conclusion of the Mueller investigation

yes

The only criticism I've made of Mueller is he heeded very poorly chosen one's warning that he would be "crossing a red line" if he subpoenaed bank records of his financial dealings. His reports are very thorough and contain a great deal of damning information. And he did obtain a few convictions and guilty pleas, including of the since-pardoned Pavel Manafartov.

Any other place in America (except for maybe NY) he's convicted. A lot of people speculate that Durham didn't really care much about the case anyhow because it was minor. He used it because he knew it would come out for the world to hear that Clinton masterminded the Alfa Bank hoax, which Clinton's campaign manager said she did.

You still don't understand why Clinesmith got a slap on the wrist or why Sullivan was trying to go after Flynn after evidence obtained showed he was innocent, do you? DC is a corrupt ****hole that favors the left.

If true this is prosecutorial misconduct. Imo there are good grounds for a special prosecutor to be appointed to investigate whether Durham's appointment and subsequent activities were well-predicated and free of political taint.

Not true but you do you. Clinton is safe as long as these cases stay in DC.

As I said the mainstream of the left will be defending pedophile within the decade... "Mind your own business" as 57 states above

You never said how this came to your attention.

Or if you have ever witnessed
One or more of these events in person.

Odd you seem are always first to bring things to the table involving other people's genitals
Yes, odd

It’s odd you all can’t condemn a grown man dressed like a woman, dancing suggestively to kids. There’s a reason you all are going to get destroyed in the midterms

You must be new here?
I dont jump thru hoops
and don't feel compelled to condemn or approve.

But sure would like to know where y'all come up with these manufactured issues.

Was thinking Hunters laptop would keep you occupied until at least the fall

Can you explain in your own words what makes it a "manufactured issue"

(This is the part where...)

It's very easy. The right wing twittersphere has to find something to be enraged by. They lack the ability to engage a space without fear and anger. When something becomes less popular, they switch to something else. When their disinformation on Ukraine isn't hitting, let's go elsewhere.

So we shouldn't be enraged by an adult man practically stripping in front of a child?

Please tell me about fear Mr "the world is going to end from climate change" and "our democracy is on the brink of instinct in" blah blah blah

Funniest post yet. Keep it up

I'm not gonna try to pawn off blame for this on antifa or some group I don't like or even the FBI or say that someone was triggered because someone else disrespected them. It is indeed appalling and I hope the perp enjoys his time behind bars.

Oh and when the jury renders its verdict I'm not gonna go and cry about the judge or jury being biased.

I still don't understand why Shumer is being called to be impeached from the democracy defenders
