Biden won't even finish this term. The left will need to have to cast blame on someone if they want any chance of relevance moving forward.

I don't think people fully appreciate that the left is the enthusiasm and activist arm of the Democrats. Without their blessing their candidates have no shot at winning. Manchin specifically is at odds with that side of the party. He has no shot running as a D.
