REAL Russia collusion thread (A critical thinkers realty)

It'd be nice if the jury wasn't full of Clinton donors but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Institutional trust is broken and more people are seeing this. This is another great outcome

The jury verdict was unanimous. Manafort had a short bus person on his jury.

jurors do their duty...including the Trump voters on the Manafartov jury

now and then someone will not deliberate with an open mind and it ends up being a hung jury

They never want to talk about how Sussman wasnt charged with lying about the Alfa bank accusations or that the FBI closed the Alfa bank investigation in days. The only damage was wasting the FBIs time. He most likely gets probation if convicted. Mike Flynns lying obstructed an investigation into Russian interference in our elections. Thats a huge difference.

Wheres little thethe to talk about how, bu his own logic, the Durham investigation was proven to be a hoax with the exoneration of Sussman. Anyone with critical thinking skills saw it coming.

Some classic takes from the short bus. I warned you against high stepping based on a suspect indictment by a partisan prosecutor.

You really can't be this stupid. I'll try to dumb things down for you so maybe you'll understand. Let's say Trump's on trial for Russian collusion. The trial is held in Texas and the jury is filled with Trump voters/donors. The prosecution shows a text message showing Trump and Putin talking to each other about fixing the election. Real collusion. The trial ends and the jury debates and Trump walks. This is what happened in the Sussman trial.

Quit being an idiot that keeps embarrassing himself and do some research on your own instead of mindlessly following what you're told to think.

I have little doubt a fair jury can be found in Texas. There will be some who shouldn't be on a jury, but there is a process for weeding those out.

In the major cities a fair trial could be had. In a rural area to mid-size towns Trump would walk easy.

I dunno. Any system composed of humans is going to get things wrong at times. OJ of course is an example. But I think jurors in the overwhelming majority of cases are able to put aside their personal views to consider the facts and the law fairly.

I'm convinced OJ jurors were in fear for their lives.

Also, Sussman was innocent. lol

Oh yeah, I remember after Trump was acquitted on the Senate in both his impeachment trials the short bus people here owned up to the fact that many of the jurors were working with the defense team. No, you ****ers big stepped and called it a full and total exoneration, but now, when it suits you, you want to use basic logic. I dont control who is on the jury. From what I gather there was 1 Clinton donor and 1 Clinton supporter on the jury. The verdict was unanimous and took little deliberation. What you dont understand is that to convict there needs to be a low and it needs to be material to the investigation. Sussman isnt charged with lying about Alfa bank or anything he provided to the FBI. Beyond that the defense showed emails from the Clinton campaign showing they wanted the story to hit the media and not the FBI. So how could Sussman be there on behalf of the Clinton campaign if the campaign didnt want him to tell the FBI.

But I am sure of Trump is indicted and there is some short bus people on the jury you will remain consistent and say it's not a real exoneration. Who am I kidding, of course you will high step if Trump is acquitted by a jury literally wearing MAGA hats during the trial.

Side note, if you think anyone tells me what to think you dont pay attention. No one here is as bipartisan in their hatred of politicians as me. I **** on John McCain, I **** on Mitt Romney, I **** on Obama, I **** on Hillary, I **** on Biden, but when I **** on Trump here comes the rapid response team to try and convince themselves that I am some partisan hack. I have never encountered any group of people with their head so far up their own ass with the exception of sovereign citizens.

Trump was not guilty of either inciting the mob nor was he trying to do a quid pro quo with Zelensky. The transcripts prove both impeachments attempts were crap. Show me where he broke any law.

The case was about whether Sussman lied or not and it is material because the judge let it be tried. Sussman worked for Clinton so he did have a dog in the fight. He lied. Remember those convictions you were cheering on in the Russian Collusion cases? Many of them were convicted for lying to the FBI, just like Sussman here. Big difference is that Durham didn't do any shakedowns like Mueller's team did.

Give it up, man. You believe anything the MSM tells you what to think. You used to be more reasonable in the past but not any more.

The biggest thing to come out of the trial was that it was established that Clinton approved of the Alfa Bank fraud being released. Proof that Durham is hardly a biased prosecutor playing politics but one that got the truth out to the public.

"Sussman claimed he wasn’t acting on behalf of any client while giving the FBI data and reports suggesting that a secret server connected to Donald Trump was in communication with another computer controlled by a Russian bank."

I would love to know how this lie is immaterial. lol

I hear Durham's surgery for the torn groin muscle went well. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

Well, we all know who approved the Alfa Bank story so good job by Durham. I would love your expert analysis on why a lawyer who works for Clinton who lied about that is somehow immaterial in a case that involves a former presidential rival, hmm?
