His average FB/LD exit velocity has increased from ~91 the previous 3 seasons to 94.3 this season.

Those are significant increases in contact quality, and if they are real could mean Arcia is a true talent ~800 OPS guy at SS.

Yeah - You can dismiss high BABIP's but can't as easily dismiss underlying drivers that support an elevated BABIP.
