I don't know if this story is true. I don't really care. Ohio's law is problematic as **** adn I would think anyone would acknowledge it.

The law allows for abortion if the life of the mother is at risk, which I presume was the case for a ten year old.

Frankly, this doctor should be sued for fear mongering and sending her to another state

Correct, but simply being 10 doesn't mean the mother's life is at risk.

There's no exception of skirting the ban because of rape, etc. So how do you or any of your ilk know the mother's life was at risk or simply she didn't want a child from her rapist?

If her life wasn't at risk she shouldn't get an abortion
 
Turley explains it here. The AG of Ohio stated the procedure can be done in Ohio because of the severe risks to the mother.

Ok, if a doctor wants to risk losing their license to practice if anything comes up they could do it, but you realize again, the law is incredibly restrictive with 0 exceptions except for if there's no heart beat or the mothers life is at risk.

You're asking them to risk their medical license for uncertainty, when a child was raped.

I'm not here to dig into the minutia. It's not worth the time and effort. Bottom line, the law is bad. Anyone who says otherwise, well hope you enjoy in 20 years when the violent crime rates are soaring. Nothing sets a kid up for being raised poorly quite like being raised by a teenage rape victim.

I'm not here to pontificate in your circle jerk, I know it's a waste of time.

Just gonna point out a large statistical correlation between access to abortion and violent crime rates. And that's it.
