I think it’s pretty damn obvious that people probably shouldn’t be going around having casual sex right now with the disease running rampant, but this feels like pretty flimsy reasoning. There’s a slight difference in self-imposed risk between actively attending a sex party and just going out in public and breathing.

I mean the fact that the right thinks this is a giant got'em moment tells you all you need to know.

It's not like with a mask mandate (never would have happened of course) police would slam down the door to your house and arrest people for not wearing a mask.
