Only a legit moron wouldn't explore every option to improve and increase semi-conductor production, especially domestically.

Does said person talk about reps with millions in stocks in Ford, Tesla, Apple, etc. The semi-conductor crunch is felt across multiple sectors. ANd we haven't hit the worst of it. Sure the gaming side (GPU shortages, limited stocks on PS5 and XSsX) felt some of the brunt, but increasing semi-conductor production is hardly a bad thing, especially if we pull some of that away from CHina.
