Well one reason is that it's BS... the story never made sense in a town of under 40 people and never passed the sniff test. The dude was just trying to cover up the fact that he was drunk as hell and was also delusional with a well documented past of mental issues. It's a big story up here.

I cant imagine a dumber statement by anyone than complaining a President isnt prosecuted for an executive order that some believe is unconstitutional. That's unconstitutional, not unlawful you pompous jackass. Theres no President I know of in the last 50 years that hasn't had something ruled unconstitutional. Do I need to tell you how many were prosecuted for anything they did that was overturned by a court.

The judge said the AG memo the judge said the memo did not impose any regulations, requirements or enforceable actions and even if they did they did not apply to the plaintiffs actions which the memo literally stated. It also rejected any harsh from being "labeled" domestic terrorists because the AG memo never uses that term and the only place it is used is by the school officials who wrote a letter to AG Garland asking for help and the DoJ is neither a part of that group or has any power over that group to tell them what they can and cant say.
So who would like to apologize for falling for this hoax?
