Russia Collusion Scandal (aka A Leftist fantasy)

It seems to me that if in fact Durham brought charges against two individuals just for the sake of pushing a conspiracy theory about the FBI then Garland has an obligation to appoint an outside investigator to look into whether Durham's appointment and subsequent activities were properly predicated and free of political taint.

We have here a serious case of prosecutorial misconduct that rises to the level of witch hunt, a phrase that can have validity in spite of being bandied about far too casually by some.

Durham just buried the FBI in court using the testimony from their own agents. Explain to me how this is somehow a conspiracy theory.
 
yeah sure, he buried the FBI, while being laughed out of court. Its a conspiracy theory the same way Russian collusion was/is. The investigation uncovered criminals like Manafort and caught several Trump allies lying to protect Trump. They found numerous contacts with Russians that Trump allies lied about and then when caught lying lied again about the contents of those contacts. Flynn even pled guilty multiple times and said under oath he wasnt entrapped by the FBI. They found the Trump campaign meeting with Russians who promised dirt on Hillary. But according to you we dont need convictions for Russian collusion, it was a victory just to expose all this.

If the purpose of these two trials was to "bury the FBI" then that is serious prosecutorial misconduct. You don't prosecute individuals with little or no evidence (or none that judge and jury were willing to credit) for extraneous reasons such as to "bury the FBI." Garland needs to appoint an outside investigator to look into this serious breach of legal ethics. No one should be comfortable with a federal prosecutor bringing a case that is the equivalent of a political show trial.

Both Sussman and Dashenko were just perjury cases. What we got out of this was much more. The lying? You mean bankrupt them until they plead guilty because that's what happened.

Good luck trying to prove that's what he did. The FBI got exposed for the corrupt POS that it's become. You should be outraged about their actions but you don't care as long as it gets Trump.
 
Both of Durhams case charges were lying to the FBI. Same as Flynn, Manafort, and Papa Smurf. You why Sussman and Igor didnt run out of money? Because they were confident in their innocence and demanded a speedy trial to resolve it quickly rather than using delay tactics. The burden of proof is on the state. It doesnt take a 10,000 dollar an hour lawyer to fight those kinds of charges if you are innocent. I bet Sussman and Igors lawyer both got paid 10k or less. Why is it only Trump people run out of money? It is quite possibly the lamest excuse ever used. Democrats are guilty even when found innocent and Republicans are innocent even when they plead guilty. Try that bull**** on someone else.

Why arent you outraged about Comey's slanderous statements about Hillary injecting his personal opinion into the statement that she wasnt going to be charged which broke FBI policy? That was weeks before the election, literally the most damaging time for him to do it. Why arent you upset about Comey sending a memo to a partisan like Nunes who promptly leaked it to damage Hillary 10 days before the election. Wouldnt you have a problem if the FBI said they were investigating Trump for Russian collusion a week before the election? They can investigate Trump secretly to protect his due process rights but just throw everything about investiating Hillary publicly at the most critical time in an election? And you want me to think they were biased against Trump and not biased against Hillary? Give me a break.

It's because Durham didn't pull the same antics as Mueller did. You should read up on KT McFarland's experience in her FBI interrogations. She was told to lie about Trump or else. The investigation was corrupt to it's core and regardless of the evidence that comes out you'll still believe it.
 
Trump wasnt even a target when the investigation opened. It was his erratic behavior and obstruction of the investigation that pit him in the crosshairs. Do you see how Biden, Obama, and Hillary handled the Durham investigation? They let it play out and it was a giant nothingburger. You didn't see Biden publicly attacking Durham. No one tried to obstruct the investigation. No politician is above being investigated.




Durham showed he was a partisan hack in these trials. If theres anything or any way he could have got a conviction he would have done it. This is a 3 year long investigation. He didn't charge anyone until the last second he could because he knew he had nothing.

FBI - "okay we just want you to cooperate and tell us the truth"

FBI - "okay well you broke the law lying to is the first time, so now we are going to charge you to try and compel you to cooperate. "


Flynn - "okay I admit I lied, I will tell you the truth and cooperate"



FBI - "okay so did you talk to the Russian about sanctions"



Flynn - "no"



FBI - "okay heres an actual recording of your phone call with the Russians and you two talking about sanctions, so that's not cooperating and we are going to prosecute now to the full extent of the law"






This is not literally how it went down, just a dumbed down version. I believe they also had Flynn and his son on some charges related to Turkey that they used to leverage him into cooperating.

Good luck finding an apolitical FBI agent. No one can be investigated because they are either anti one side or pro the other. Mueller bent over backwards to be as fair as possible to Trump. Strozk was biased and shouldn't have been involved. Horowitz found no decisions critical to the investigation were made by Strozk. In the same vein Trump and Googliani should have had no role in any investigation of Biden because they are not only biased against Biden but stood to gain politically from any investigation.

He said "we" and not "I" in regards to going after Trump and he said there was a insurance plan to do it. I think we know what the insurance plan was.

Horowitz said that Strzok and the entire FBI leadership should be further investigated.
 
He was talking to Lisa Paige. That would be the "we". Strokz believes that Trump is compromised by Russia. His insurance plan was to tell the public about it. Big whoop. Strozk still to this day believes Trump is compromised by Russia.
 
Ok so let's assume trump was Putin's boy and was cheated to get in and all the collusion and blah blah

After four years of President, what did Putin gain from having trump in office?
 
Boy, that Durham thing really worked out well. I've been waiting for the shoe to drop, so to speak. The only thing Durham found was a couple of cases of people lying to the FBI. LMAO

And he couldn't even get a conviction on that.

Is he a MAGA hero too? Like Judge Cannon?
