After the FBI was completely dismantled on the witness stand yesterday it's amazing how people believe what we're seeing here.
 
It's a bad idea to take the FBI's word on what's classified or not. Didn't the courts see what happened during Russian Collusion?
 
Another example of how broken and biased our judiciary system has become. Very sad.

A former top aide to Vice President Mike Pence returned before a grand jury Thursday to testify in a criminal probe of efforts to overturn the 2020 election after federal courts overruled President Donald Trump’s objections to the testimony, according to people familiar with the matter.

In a sealed decision that could clear the way for other top Trump White House officials to answer questions before a grand jury, Chief U.S. District Judge Beryl A. Howell ruled that former Pence chief of staff Marc Short probably possessed information important to the Justice Department’s criminal investigation of the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol that was not available from other sources, one of those people said.

Trump appealed, but the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit refused to postpone Short’s appearance while the litigation continues, the people said, signaling that attempts by Trump to invoke executive privilege to preserve the confidentiality of presidential decision-making were not likely to prevail.

The best part is even if convicted they likely would have gotten probation. So even their best case scenario no one does one day in jail/prison.
 
Trump-appointed judge hands out 4-month sentence to Steve Bannon. Those DC juries I tell ya. Unfair! Maybe the NY jury will be kinder to Mr. Bannon when his other case gets under way there.

Well, you have to question stuff when a lawyer who commits fraud against the FISA court gets no time and is back practicing law while Bannon goes to prison for refusing to testify to congress.

The ability libs have to ignore the reality before them is amazing.

to be clear he is going to prison for defying a Congretional supoena .
refusing to testify, in itself ( I dont think) is not a crime.
 
I am sure over the years a number of people have defied Congressional subpoenas.
If you read--Holder and the House committee came to a compromise.
Again Bannon was not sentenced or charged as I clarified because he refused to testify.
This isnt hard
