Says the person who thinks the guy who asked Russia to help his campaign on live national TV was victimized because his campaign was investigated for Russian Collusion...... and it was proven high level people in his campaign met with Russians to get dirt on Hillary..... and were coordinating with Wikileaks which may have been aided by Russia........and all this after stating they had no contacts with any Russians during the campaign.....

He might have plead it down. He was charged with it initially. It doesn't change the fact he was charged after being invited in now does it?
 
The link you provided had 6 charges of which trespassing wasnt one of them. And he pled guilty. Let me guess, he ran out of money.....

And lets not get too distracted, who has been sentenced to jail for Trespassing that was "invited" in? Surely there are a lot for you to choose from.

Do you deny that Trespassing is a completely separate charge? Read the charge you posted. "Restricted building". Thats why its a different and more serious charge. But yeah, you are nopeing out of this thread because you cant take any more stupidity and totally not because you got called on your BS and are embarrassed. Why dont you show me a different person? Trespassing is an actual charge. "Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building" is an entirely different charge with higher punishments because its not the same as trespassing at the local 7-11. You are trying to twist it to be trespassing and throwing a hissy fit when someone points out the difference. Are you drunk or on drugs?
 
I still can’t help but wonder how many people learned our pre-trial system is fundamentally broken solely because of 1/6. I wonder even more how many people think what’s happened to the accused in this set of cases is unique in our justice system.
 
It is by design and anyone who spoke against it was labeled anti-police and pro crime by Republicans. Thats why I laugh at them even if their complaints are legitimate. These are the same people who insist on underfunding public defenders. I am more than willing to make changes. I know Democrats are too, but no, they just want special treatment for their own people rather than proposing changes for everyone. These are the same people who said black people werent targeted by law enforcement, now claiming they are being targeted by law enforcement. They complain about immensities by law enforcement when they championed qualified immunity. They defended all white juries in the south for trials of black people. Heck, some here even insist it doesnt happen anymore. Now they cry about DC juries for Republicans. Right now in Florida, their golden state, cops are using a program where they send cops to residents homes multiple times a day to harass them by finding any small infraction to ticket them for in an attempt to bleed them dry. They out here measuring these peoples grass to try to find any way to ticket them. Leave a ticket on their door and if they dont get it too bad, thats a warrant for failure to appear. They can **** off with all their complaints.
