In 2020 the late vote on the west coast was kinder to the Republicans. Helped them win some close house seats. This year seems more like 2018.

There's this weird concept that exists outthere where people can't understand that people candislike whomever is in charge but like a local candidate.

Vermont and NH are great examples. NH and Vermont elected only Ds to the WH, but locally elected a mix as both R governors comfortably won. Like destroyed their D rivals.

Also thanks to attacking Roe. For 40 plus years the main item on the Republican wish list has been stopping abortion. Unfortunately, doing so is a political loss for them. 2/3 of the young, new voters who signed up for this election were women.
