I question why you even care what the so called fake news media is reporting in the first place.
 
This is what happens when you dint wait for the facts to come out and argue based on speculation from news reports. You would think people had learned by now but the intent was to try to muddy the water to begin with.

Of course it is deza that the DoJ charging document said Pelosi did NOT open the door.

Par for the course for our favorite purveyor of deza.

From DoJ charging document:

10. At 2:31 a.m., San Francisco Police Department (“SFPD”) Officer Colby Wilmes
responded to the Pelosi residence, California and knocked on the front door. When the door was
opened, Pelosi and DEPAPE were both holding a hammer with one hand and DEPAPE had his
other hand holding onto Pelosi’s forearm. Pelosi greeted the officers.

There is nothing in the charging document indicating who opened the door. Not that it matters.

There is a more extensive description in the local district attorney's charging document. It has the following account:

When Off. Wilmes rangthe doorbell,Defendant directed Mr.Pelosi not to open
the door. ButMr.Pelosi opened the door with his left hand. As the door opened,the two
men stood inthe dimly litfoyer facing the officers. Mr.Pelosi nervously but calmly greeted
them. When the officer asked what was going on,Defendant smiled and said, everything's
good and pulled his hands toward his body. When an officer turned on his flashlight,
Defendant could be seen holdingthe bottom handle ofthe hammer with one hand and Mr.
Pelosi'srightarm with the other.

Of course our board purveyor of deza posted this a while back. Indicating he knew that Pelosi opened the door. Now for reasons that are unclear he shares a tweet that suggests the DoJ documents claimed otherwise.
 
as we all know by now deza kills but some are loath to give up the dopamine hit

a hypothetical for nsacpi... if it were true that Paul opened the door for the police... would it change your opinion at all on what may have occurred?
