We do not have the stuff to get jazz. Nor renyolds imo.

Even if someone likes our platter of 4/5 starters, Grissom and Malloy it’s for a guy with 2 or less years control.

Division is going to be tough.

Aa is going to have to be creative.
 
If we are getting a marlin I think it will be Brian Anderson as a reclamation project. Back up 3b, compete in lf.

He might want a place where he can start.

Miguel Rojas is one of the better defensive SS in the league and was a gold glove finalist this season. He can’t hit, but he is an excellent defensive SS. He’s 33 (I think) and they plan was for Jazz to take over when Rojas is gone

It makes me feel completely better. I don't want to suck for the next 5 years, but if the players we traded away for Joc, Soler, and Rosario go on to be HOFers and we go on to suck for the next 5 years, I would be ok with that trade.

Swanson reached out to AA to talk but nothing changed apparently money wise. I haven’t heard anything about a connection between us or Correa or any other SS. Weird.

People said that about the Hayward contact too. Turned out it was still a terrible contract.

No news about us being connected to Correa is actually encouraging. AA doesn’t leak anything so if we heard something I’d just assume nothing will happen.

True. No news with AA is usually good news. He can’t do much on the trade front until he figures out SS. If he signed one of the big 3 left then he can use Grissom as trade bait.
