Desantis had the ability to do things as gov of a ruby red state that trump couldn’t do as president. The fact you completely ignore that is telling.

When in reality trump was blasting DeSantis for opening things up too early.

Neither were perfect but one was substantially better and more impressive.

Neither are perfect presidential candidates but one is substantially better and more impressive.

And you need to stop calling Florida ruby red. DeSantis won by 10k votes... The slimmest margin in 40 years.

Four years after his governing, including the COVID years, it has become a ruby red state

Florida became ruby red during trumps term because of how he flipped Hispanics. Come on dude. You know that to be true. Without trump democrats are dominating all over the map because of how much immigration has changed the demographics of the country.
