I'd be happy to engage in anything other than someone who says spending on the military because of ISIS is an excuse or people that say we shouldn't stop using slave labor because of increased costs.

We have seen this play out before with Jeff Sessions. You cant oversee an investigation in which you are a witness but that didnt stop Trump from demanding he not recuse himself. I dont know the specifics of extradition law but I recall seeing headlines of some states that they wont extradite based on warrants for abortion. Its really a moot point because he has to leave Florida at some point to campaign. Airports are considered federal property so he could be arrested by Federal Marshals if he tried to fly anywhere. As it is now he will be able to fly back to Florida after arraignment. If he refuses to surrender I doubt a judge would let him leave the state of NY.
