WBC Title Game- USA vs JAPAN

TBH Japan probably should have won that game 7-2. They left alot of men on base. The US walked 8 or so. It was terrible. It was jarring seeing that epic lineup and then freaking Merrill Kelly and Kyle Freeland on the mound. The starting pitchers the US rolled out during the WBC wouldn't even be a top 20 staff in the majors - Kelly, Lynn, Wainwright, Mikolas, Freeland.

definitely agree with the pitching not being equal to the hitting.. but last night wasn't lost because of it.. it was the offense not getting hits when they needed to.

USA’s pitching was terrible. We took all of our best hitters and none of the pitchers wanted to go. If say Scherzer and Fried would have went things would have gone different.

USA didnt have good pitching. But i mean giving up 3 runs, i'd have taken that before the game. Offense just **** the bed.

Braves need to setup a cash fund to get Roki Sasaki when he's posted in a few years. Dude looking like a young John Smoltz out there

There's a lot of talk about how Japan's players are more focused and want it more. That's a gross understatement.

It's not humanly possible to want it more. The Japanese, for whatever reason, are the most hardcore single-minded people on the planet. And they really embraced baseball.

Explain World War II.
