Why would I think that’s wrong when I said outin was wrong for doing it and anything that results in this much loss of life was wrong. Maybe you missed that comment?

I dont think it actually made a difference at all. If Biden had not been illegally named president there is no war and outin still has Crimea.
The only reason that outin invaded was because the Biden regime continued to put pressure through NATO and expansion in Ukraine.

I will make this point then signing off for the evening. This is a legitimate good faith argument... and you can choose to respond in good faith or you can choose to further insult me. Up to you.
The reason why my default position is "I would rather a country not invade another country" is because that action will always result in escalation and retaliation (rightly or wrongly).
The Crimea invasion led to a bunch of international sanctions and weapons gifts to Ukraine - that may not have happened otherwise.
Those actions led to a bigger invasion in Ukraine.
Those actions led to bigger escalations from the US and NATO.
Those actions lead to Russia alligning itself with China.
Those actions lead to US sanctioning them further.
Those actions lead to China invading Taiwan
Those actions lead to US intervening.
And on and on we go.
I'm not saying the US didn't escalate before Crimea. In fact I firmly believe we did. I'm saying - if given the choice or Russia doing a sensible retaliation or not, I would prefer they not. When we were hit on 9/11... we made sensible retaliations that lead to disasters everywhere
Back in all the Iran hysteria... I frequently stated that I do not blame Iran for wanting a nuclear bomb... it made sense for them to want to protect themselves. But that does not mean I wanted them to get a nuclear weapon?
Do you understand where I am coming from logically? Maybe I'm wrong and naiive... but my desire for less war is rooted in wanting less war.

It doesn't matter. It's like saying DeSantis is nothing without his mother.
He gets credit for his achievements. That should not be controversial. Trump helping him should be a badge of honor for Trump. Instead, he has decided to say how mediocre he is. That would imply Trump's judgement was poor by choosing a mediocre candidate
I’m a vacuum not accounting for anything else one country invading another country is wrong.
But when you live in the real world and you have to keep world peace that is not a valid way of thinking ot one that will actually lead to peace.
Annexing Crimea is not the same as the US response to 9/11. I’m quite frankly shocked you’d equate the two.

Sturg you are wasting your time with little thethe on Trump. He has already made up his mind Trump is his lord and savior and he will make up whatever logic he has to to justify that. If DeSantis doesn't run and endorses Trump, then Trump wins and in 4 years endorses DeSantis every problem he has cited about DeSantis will be forgotten despite nothing having changed.
