Spring Training Thread

At this point I don't think anyone should be surprised if Arcia has a all-star year.

AA has the midas touch. Trust the process....
Oh thethe.....that was the best laugh I've gotten in a while. And I do trust most of the process.

Hoskins just went down for Philadelphia. Looks bad.

A season ender will knock 2-3 wins off their total.

As much as i hate seeing myself side with thethe the Braves have had several opportunities to rid themselves of Arcia and not only have they not done that they extended his team control. He's definitely improved with the bat in his time with the Braves. I don't think he's an all-star but at SS full time I wouldn't rule out a 2.5 fWAR season.

I fully accept that this is karma for some of us laughing at the Mets for Diaz going down. Hopefully it's just a slap on the wrist and we can get back to dominating.

Braves BP is pretty deep though.

Jimenez, McHugh, Anderson, Minter, Lee, Luetge plus whoever replaces Iggy. It's a deep pen.

They are very similar, and during the year they will both be needed. This is just quibbling about which one gets the first start.

You really hate to see it for Philadelphia.

Now they move Darick Hall to 1B full-time and will see DH split between Josh Harrison, Jake Cave, and Edmundo Sosa.

must say it’s hilarious to see a team that has spent so much money have such terrible depth. 3 of those guys were going to get consistent ABs before this injury with Harper out.
