Ron DeSantis’s little stunt refusing to assist with NY arresting Trump is not only despicable — it’s also unconstitutional.
Article IV, Section 2 of the Constitution REQUIRES that DeSantis and Florida assist NY authorities.
Section 2.
A person charged in any state with treason, felony, or other crime, who shall flee from justice, and be found in another state, shall on demand of the executive authority of the state from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the state having jurisdiction of the crime.

Trump didn't flee to Florida. Ron is just pandering to Trumps base because Trump will surrender rather than be arrested as soon as he leaves Florida.
