Here is a table of per capita personal income growth in California, Texas, and Florida from 2019 to 2022:

As you can see, per capita personal income has increased in all three states over the past 4 years. California has seen the largest increase, followed by Texas and Florida.

$3,722 increase in Florida
Would be consistent with a pattern of migration in which people with below average incomes were moving from California and in doing so raising the average of the states (such as Florida and Texas) where they migrated too. Generally, younger more productive and better educated people move to California and less educated, older and less productive people move out. I'm glad to see they are helping to raise the average in Florida and Texas.

According to an alert from the agency, the girls may have been traveling with Jesse McFadden, 39, who was listed on the Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry after being convicted of rape.
Law enforcement officials arrived at a property on the outskirts of Henryetta with a search warrant around 3 p.m. Monday. Later that day, Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice told local media that authorities were “no longer looking” for the three.
