Trump Indictment Watch

I most certainly am NOT left of center. I lean right on most issues. I am a big RDS supporter.

The recent court hearings have led me to believe there was likely more voter fraud than normal. I don't believe it's near the scale that thethe believes it is, but it likely could have affected the results in close states like GA and AZ, which were decided by 12k votes. But in all likelihood, Trump still loses MI, WI, and PA so it's a moot point in the Presidential election. However it certainly could have changed the outcome in the Senate and House races of those states (and maybe others)

WI/PA unconstitutionally changed their laws and were heavily impacted by Zuckerbucks.

Machine fraud was all noise. The fraud is illegal ballots being injected into the process and gutting the checks. Any reaosnable person watching Kari Lakes case can understand that Dems are cheating hand over fist in elections and have been doing so for a LONG time.

I don't know whether the laws were unconstitutional or not. But they certainly used the pandemic to expand unethical election practices.

Almost a half a billion dollars were integrated within government apparatuses to 'get out the vote' (illegally harvest no excuse ballots to low propensity voters that won't know any better) to ramp up the Democrats vote.

This is against the constitution and has radically changed the course of human history in the worst way possible.

Three of these signature checkers testified that about 130,000 bad signatures were approved. We're not talking about a little off because humans don't necessarily sign identically all the time. We're talking about blank sigs, people who signed with different names, similar signatures coming up throughout the process, scribbles, etc. This is why mail-in ballots are dangerous.

Can't change election laws unless they are written into law by the state legislators. The executive branch in each of these states decides to become dictators and the courts were too cowardly to stop them.

During hte 2020 Az audit they used sophisticated programs to identify how off the signatures were from the mail in ballot. Not only did they find tens of thousands that were off by degrees that indicate fraud but like you said there were thousands without any signature at all. And somehow they were accepted as votes.

Its a sham and the people that say we need to get over 2020 and not talk about fraud are missing the big picture. If we stop talking about it Republicans will never win again.

During 2020 there was a small sampling of signatures(1,000 if I remember right) that was looked at by the republicans and the democrats, each side with their own handwriting expert. Even the expert brought in by the democrat said 10% of the signatures were fake.

Yup - That was another method they used to do ACTUAL AUDITS. Not the fake nonsense stuff these elections officials term 'audits'.

2020 was completely stolen at numerous states and we have a destabilized world as a result.

This is a valid opinion to have. Its much the same as Democrats complaints about changes to voter laws by Republicans meant to suppress Democratic voters. This matter was litigated BEFORE the election and Republicans lost, theres no going back and retroactively applying different rules to disenfranchise voters.

What an awful analysis of what happened in the courts and specifically ignoring that the courts the ruled on the mertis of the case said what happened was unconstitional.

You whataboutism is about as bad as it gets and you're too stupid to understand the distintions.

And the courts rule on constitutionality. If state legislators had the power to the extent you believe they could just make legislation that black people cant vote. You dont think the court has the power to overturn that based on constitutionality?

Its crystal clear that election laws can only be changed by the State Legislators. Thats why the red states do it through the legislature and not through decree by the Gov. The way its supposed to be done.

The people can only change election laws in the states.

A court ruled that after the election but it didnt reverse the election. Disenfranchising voters who voted according to the rules at the time can not and will not be disenfranchised. Do you think if the place you voted was ruled unconstitutional to use as a voting center your vote would be discarded? No, you voted according to the means and rules provided. A real world example was they had curbside voting in Houston which a Judge ruled they couldnt do and ordered them to stop. Every vote before that ruling still applied and was a legal vote. No Judge in the world is going to disenfranchise voters because they didnt have the foresight to know what future courts would rule.

So you do think a state legislature can make it illegal for a black person to vote...... in a federal election..... and the courts couldnt do anything about it?

The only large change was requiring a valid ID to vote. How does that negatively affect Dem voters?

The media loves to spin the narrative of Republicans being sore losers. But after 2016, the Dems held literally held the EXACT same voter fraud beliefs the Republicans do now. There are countless videos with politicians like Pelosi, Clinton, Kamala, Booker, Buttigeg, etc all harping on voter fraud after the 2016 election.

Yes - After injecting millions of illegal ballots into the system its impossible to reverse out and therefore the results could not have been changed. I agree. Now its about ensuring that we out all the fraud and ensure it doesn't happen again. Lakes case is doing a BRILLIANT job at showing what a mockery our signature verification process is as we continue to expand mail in voting. YOu know a system that most first world nations outlaw because of fraud risk.

No because that violates a federal law for equal protection under the law.

Any more irrelevant strawmans to hide form the fact that you are a pathetic shill?

Try again buddy. Theres a long list of changes to voting that Republicans have done to get their desired result. Currently they are trying and succeding at getting voter centers away from universities. You really naive enough to think thats not about who they vote for?
